Garage Door Repair — Off-Track, Panels, Cables, Rollers

Door off-track after a backed-into-it Saturday? Bottom panel dented? Cables frayed, rollers grinding, or the door letting in cold air? We fix the things that go wrong with garage doors.

Locally owned & operated Same-day repair on most calls Doorlink · Amarr · LiftMaster

Most garage door problems aren't the spring or the opener — they're the parts in between. Frayed cables, worn rollers, bent track, dented panels, dry-rotted weatherseal, loose hinges, and doors knocked off-track from a low bumper. We carry the common parts and tools to fix all of these in a single visit, and we'll be honest if a repair isn't worth doing on an old door versus replacing it.

What's included

  • Off-track door realignment
  • Cable replacement (lift cables, safety cables)
  • Roller replacement (steel, nylon, sealed-bearing)
  • Hinge and bracket replacement
  • Bent or damaged track repair / replacement
  • Single panel and section replacement (Doorlink, Amarr)
  • Bottom-seal / weatherstrip replacement
  • Door balance and tune-up

When this is the right call

  • Door came off the track after being hit
  • Door has visible damage (dent, bend, broken panel)
  • Loud grinding when the door moves
  • Visible fraying or unraveling on the lift cables
  • Cold air, water, or pests coming in under the door

Frequently Asked Questions

My door is off the track. Can I just push it back on?
Don't. The door can fall, and forcing it usually bends the track or damages a panel — turning a $150 fix into a $600 fix. Disconnect the opener (red rope) and call us.
Can you replace just one panel or do I need a whole new door?
If the panel is a current model still made by Doorlink or Amarr, yes — we can replace one section. If the door is 15+ years old or the model is discontinued, matching a single panel may not be possible and a new door is usually the better call.
How long do garage door rollers last?
Stock steel rollers last about 5-7 years. Sealed-bearing nylon rollers last 12-15 years and are dramatically quieter — worth the upgrade on most repair calls.
Is my door balanced correctly?
Easy test: disconnect the opener (red rope), then lift the door halfway by hand. If it stays put, balance is good. If it slams down or floats up, the springs need adjustment or replacement.
